Daniel J. Cristol

Daniel J. Cristol is a litigation associate handling securities, complex commercial, and product liability litigation.  He also has experience in regulatory securities matters, arbitrations in the financial industry, foreclosures, bankruptcy, and other secured transaction matters.

Mr. Cristol graduated with a JD/MBA joint degree from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and Hough Graduate School of Business.

Prior to joining Murphy & Anderson, P.A. in 2011, Mr. Cristol worked as a law clerk at the Law Offices of Rush & Glassman in Gainesville during law school. He also worked for Citigroup Institutional Consulting as a financial analyst before beginning graduate school.  Mr. Cristol was born in Atlanta, Georgia and lived in Potomac, MD before attending Penn State University for his undergraduate studies.  He earned a B.S. in Finance from the Smeal College of Business with a minor in the Legal Environment of Business.  Mr. Cristol enjoys professional and college football, and is a devoted Nittany Lion football fan.
