J. Rice Ferrelle, Jr. is a litigation attorney who has experience handling a variety of
commercial, real estate and contractual matters, product liability, admiralty, maritime, and personal injury litigation,
and disputes involving business regulation, securities arbitration, secured transactions and the protection of intellectual
property interests. Mr. Ferrelle has had the opportunity to work in several prestigious law firms throughout Georgia and Florida
and is knowledgeable in the areas of commercial law, personal injury, property law, copyright, trademark, trade secret and
unfair competition law, admiralty/maritime law and general business litigation. Prior to joining Murphy & Anderson, Mr.
Ferrelle was an associate with the Jacksonville law firm of Smith, Hulsey & Busey. He is admitted to The Florida Bar and
State Bar of Georgia and licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Florida and Georgia, including the
United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, and Middle Districts of Florida, and for the Southern District
of Georgia.
Mr. Ferrelle is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law where he served for two years
on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Journal of Intellectual Property Law. In 2003, Mr. Ferrelle’s strong research
and writing skills earned him the honor of publishing nationally a student commentary on the application of trade secret law
in professional sports industries.
Mr. Ferrelle was born and raised in Saint Simons Island, Georgia and attended
the University of Virginia for undergraduate studies. At the University of Virginia, Mr. Ferrelle was a member of numerous
student organizations, including the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Golden
Key National Honor Society, and was selected to participate on the UVA Men’s Club Soccer team for three consecutive
years. Mr. Ferrelle earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Honors of Distinction along with a minor concentration
in Government & Foreign Affairs.
Mr. Ferrelle is a member of the Florida and Jacksonville Bar Associations,
the Commercial Litigation Section of The Florida Bar, the Chester Bedell Inn of Court, Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute,
and the Intellectual Property Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association. He serves as Chair of the Jacksonville
Bar Admiralty and Maritime Law Section. While not practicing law, Mr. Ferrelle enjoys playing golf and tennis, scuba

Lindsay L. Tygart is a litigation
attorney handling complex cases involving product liability, commercial, insurance and bad faith, cosumer and warranty, premises

She also worked with the Office of the Public Defender in Duval County. Ms. Tygart is an actie member of JWLA and is currently

in 2007, Mr. Blair’s work experience included a position as a summer associate at the prestigious Austin, Texas law
firm of Brown McCarroll, LLP. Mr. Blair is admitted to The Florida Bar and licensed to practice in state and federal
courts in Florida including the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
Mr. Blair is a graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law where his strong advocacy and writing skills earned him the honor

Matthew
Baggett is a litigation attorney experienced in large and complex commercial, securities, and real estate litigation, and
personal injury and product liability disputes. Mr. Baggett was born in Jacksonville. He attended the University
of Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, With Honors. During his undergraduate studies,
Mr. Baggett interned on Capitol Hill with Florida Senator Bob Graham and Congresswoman Karen Thurman. Mr. Baggett went
on to earn his juris doctor from the Flroida State University College of Law. There, Mr. Baggett's stron oral advocacy
skills earned him a place on the Mock Trial Team and first place at the 2003 Wayne Hogan Annual Intramural Trial Competition.
He was also an active member of the FSU Business Review. .
After law school,
Mr. Baggett joined the prominent Jacksonville law firm, Rogers Towers, P.A., where he focused on large commercial and construction
dispute resolution. He joined Murphy & Anderson in June of 2008, continuing his focus large commercial, securities, insurance
and construction litigation, as well as personal injury and product liability litigation. .
Mr. Baggett was the Vice President of the philanthropic group for young professionals,
Guys with Ties of Jacksonville, a group which he helped create. He is also member of the American Bar Association’s
Young Lawyers Division of the Forum Committee on the Construction Industry, the Jacksonville Bar Association, Association
of Trial Lawyers of America and Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. He was also selected as a 2009 Super Lawyer
Rising Star. Mr. Baggett is an avid Florida Gator fan and enjoys salt water fishing and college football. .
